TrackPOS — Privacy Policy

Applies to the Android application TrackPOS (package com.eltscode.trackpos), published by ELTSCODE. Prepared under UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP) and Google Play's Developer Program Policies.

The short version

TrackPOS works offline and has no server of ours. Your products, sales, customers, stock and store settings are stored only on your phone. Two things can leave it: crash reports, sent to Google Firebase Crashlytics so we can fix bugs, and — only if you turn it on — a backup that goes to your own Google Drive after you sign in with Google. We never see your business data.

1. Who We Are

ELTSCODE ("we", "us", "our") is an independent software development team based in Indonesia and the developer of TrackPOS. As the data controller we are responsible for the data described here. Contact us at support@eltscode.com with "TrackPOS" in the subject.

2. What Stays On Your Device

Everything you enter — products, prices, categories, sales and receipts, payment method notes (cash, QRIS, transfer are recorded, not processed), customers, stock, product photos and your store logo — is kept in a local database on your phone. We have no copy and no access to it.

3. What Leaves Your Device

  • Crash and diagnostic reports — via Google Firebase Crashlytics: stack traces, device model, Android version and app version. Used only to fix bugs.
  • Google account name and email (optional) — only if you sign in with Google to use Drive backup. Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In handle the sign-in; we use it only to reach your Drive.
  • Your backup (optional) — a copy of your TrackPOS data written to the private app folder of your own Google Drive. It is your storage, not ours; we cannot read it.
  • Pro purchase — buying TrackPOS Pro is handled by Google Play Billing. We receive no card or payment details; the unlock is stored on your device.

4. What We Never Collect

No ads and no advertising ID, no analytics SDK, no contacts, no precise location, no microphone. We do not sell, rent or trade any data.

5. Permissions and Why TrackPOS Asks

  • Camera — scanning product barcodes, only when you open the scanner. Nothing is recorded or uploaded.
  • Photos / media — picking a product photo or store logo. The image stays on your phone.
  • Bluetooth — finding and printing to a Bluetooth thermal receipt printer. On Android 11 and older, Android requires the location permission for Bluetooth scanning; TrackPOS does not read your location.
  • Notifications — reminders from the app itself.
  • Internet — crash reports, Google sign-in, Drive backup and Play purchases.

6. Third-Party Services

These run on Google's global infrastructure, so this data may be processed outside Indonesia, under Google's safeguards.

7. Retention and Deletion

Data on your phone stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. Your Drive backup stays in your Drive until you remove it (Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps → TrackPOS → Delete hidden app data). Crash reports are kept under Firebase's default retention. To have anything we can reach deleted, email support@eltscode.com.

8. Children

TrackPOS is a business tool for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

9. Your Rights Under UU PDP

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing, by emailing support@eltscode.com. If the matter is not resolved after contacting us, you may lodge a complaint with the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital / Komdigi).

10. Changes to This Policy

We update this page when TrackPOS changes how it handles data and change the date above. The ELTSCODE website has its own policy at /privacy.

Versi singkat

TrackPOS bekerja offline dan tidak memakai server kami. Produk, penjualan, pelanggan, stok, dan pengaturan toko hanya tersimpan di HP Anda. Hanya dua hal yang bisa keluar: laporan crash ke Google Firebase Crashlytics agar kami bisa memperbaiki bug, dan — hanya jika Anda mengaktifkannya — backup ke Google Drive milik Anda sendiri setelah masuk dengan Google. Kami tidak pernah melihat data usaha Anda.

1. Siapa Kami

ELTSCODE adalah tim pengembang software independen di Indonesia dan pengembang TrackPOS, sebagai pengendali data. Hubungi support@eltscode.com dengan subjek "TrackPOS".

2. Yang Tetap di HP Anda

Semua yang Anda masukkan — produk, harga, kategori, transaksi dan struk, catatan metode bayar (tunai, QRIS, transfer hanya dicatat, tidak diproses), pelanggan, stok, foto produk, dan logo toko — disimpan di database lokal di HP. Kami tidak punya salinan maupun akses.

3. Yang Keluar dari HP Anda

  • Laporan crash dan diagnostik — lewat Firebase Crashlytics: stack trace, model perangkat, versi Android, dan versi aplikasi. Hanya untuk memperbaiki bug.
  • Nama dan email akun Google (opsional) — hanya jika Anda masuk dengan Google untuk backup Drive, lewat Firebase Authentication dan Google Sign-In.
  • Backup (opsional) — salinan data TrackPOS di folder aplikasi privat pada Google Drive milik Anda. Itu penyimpanan Anda; kami tidak bisa membacanya.
  • Pembelian Pro — diproses Google Play Billing. Kami tidak menerima data kartu atau pembayaran; status Pro disimpan di HP.

4. Yang Tidak Pernah Kami Kumpulkan

Tanpa iklan dan advertising ID, tanpa SDK analitik, tanpa kontak, lokasi presisi, atau mikrofon. Kami tidak menjual, menyewakan, atau memperdagangkan data apa pun.

5. Izin dan Alasannya

  • Kamera — scan barcode produk, hanya saat scanner dibuka. Tidak ada yang direkam atau diunggah.
  • Foto / media — memilih foto produk atau logo toko. Gambar tetap di HP.
  • Bluetooth — mencari dan mencetak ke printer struk thermal Bluetooth. Di Android 11 ke bawah, Android mewajibkan izin lokasi untuk scan Bluetooth; TrackPOS tidak membaca lokasi Anda.
  • Notifikasi — pengingat dari aplikasi.
  • Internet — laporan crash, masuk Google, backup Drive, dan pembelian di Play.

6. Layanan Pihak Ketiga

Google Firebase (Crashlytics, Authentication), Google Sign-In, Google Drive, dan Google Play Billing — lihat Firebase Privacy dan Kebijakan Privasi Google. Data ini dapat diproses di luar Indonesia di infrastruktur global Google.

7. Penyimpanan dan Penghapusan

Data di HP tetap ada sampai Anda menghapusnya atau meng-uninstall aplikasi. Backup di Drive tetap ada sampai Anda menghapusnya (Google Drive → Setelan → Kelola aplikasi → TrackPOS → Hapus data aplikasi tersembunyi). Laporan crash disimpan sesuai retensi bawaan Firebase. Untuk meminta penghapusan data yang bisa kami jangkau, email support@eltscode.com.

8. Anak-anak

TrackPOS adalah alat usaha untuk pengguna berusia 18 tahun ke atas dan tidak ditujukan untuk anak-anak.

9. Hak Anda Berdasarkan UU PDP

Anda dapat meminta akses, perbaikan, atau penghapusan data pribadi, menarik persetujuan, atau menolak pemrosesan lewat support@eltscode.com. Jika tidak selesai setelah menghubungi kami, Anda dapat mengadu ke Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Komdigi).

10. Perubahan Kebijakan

Halaman ini diperbarui saat TrackPOS mengubah cara menangani data, dan tanggal di atas ikut berubah. Website ELTSCODE punya kebijakan sendiri di /privacy.
