DriveBox — Delete Your Data

The short version

DriveBox has no account and no server of ours. Everything it stores is on your device, so there is nothing about you for us to delete — you delete it yourself, in the app or by uninstalling it.

1. Delete everything DriveBox stored

  • In the app (version 1.0.8 and later): Settings → Storage & Backup → Delete all data. The app offers a backup first, asks twice, then closes and starts fresh.
  • On any version: Android Settings → Apps → DriveBox → Storage → Clear data.
  • Uninstalling the app does the same.

2. What is deleted

  • The vehicle log: fuel entries, service and tax reminders, expenses.
  • Categories, favourites, playback positions and all settings, including the Kids Mode PIN.
  • Files you copied to the device's storage with DriveBox, and dashcam recordings.

Deletion is permanent. We hold no copy, so we cannot restore it.

3. What is not touched

  • Files on your USB drive — DriveBox only reads them. Delete them from the drive as usual.
  • Backup files you saved. They are yours: delete them where you put them.
  • Your purchase. It belongs to your Google account; after deleting, Restore purchase brings it back.

  • Mencopot aplikasi melakukan hal yang sama.

2. Yang terhapus

  • Catatan kendaraan: isi bensin, pengingat servis dan pajak, biaya.
  • Kategori, favorit, posisi putar, dan semua setelan, termasuk PIN Mode Anak.
  • File yang Anda salin ke penyimpanan perangkat lewat DriveBox, dan rekaman dashcam.

Penghapusan ini permanen. Kami tidak memegang salinan, jadi tidak bisa memulihkannya.

3. Yang tidak disentuh

  • File di USB Anda — DriveBox hanya membacanya. Hapus dari USB seperti biasa.
  • File cadangan yang Anda simpan. Itu milik Anda: hapus di tempat Anda menyimpannya.
  • Pembelian Anda. Pembelian melekat di akun Google Anda; setelah menghapus, Pulihkan pembelian mengembalikannya.

4. Pertanyaan

Kirim email ke support@eltscode.com. Kami tidak menyimpan data Anda di server mana pun, jadi tidak ada permintaan penghapusan yang perlu diproses — tapi kami senang membantu langkah-langkah di atas.
